Lørenskog Ishockeyklubb is based in the county of Lørenskog, just outside the Norwegian capital of Oslo. The club has had a tremendous development the last decade and has gone from being a small club to one of the leading in Norway, also when it comes to player development. It is a relatively young club with low experience when it comes to elite and international hockey, but qualified for the CHL by finishing 2nd in the league in 2015-16.
