Managing the puck cleanly and staying disciplined in our defensive habits will be key!”

Tappara Tampere Head Coach Kari Jalonen: “Rögle reached the SHL finals last season, which says a lot about the quality of the team. We expect another demanding match-up.”

HC Davos Head Coach Josh Holden: “I heard they have a great fan base which gets the arena going. It’s always fun to face those challenges as the visiting team. We also hope to make Rögle’s coach (who is a friend) angry!”

HC Pilsen Head Coach Josef Jandač: “A Swedish team that play modern, fast-paced hockey. They are excellent skaters and very strong on the puck. It will be a major test for us because Swedish teams never give you anything for free.”

Dynamo Pardubice Head Coach Filip Pešán: “Last year’s finalist of the SHL are another tough opponent. Our goaltender Roman Will played in Rögle and looks forward to playing against them. We have a very interesting match ahead of us!”

HK Nitra Head Coach Erik Caladi: “One of my personal favourite teams in Europe; in fact, Rögle, was a team I was hoping to draw in the Regular Season. Facing a former CHL Champion will be a huge challenge and a great benchmark for our team.”
