Every player remembers the big games from their career. Games in which they scored, games against tough opponents or games that put their club on the map – today’s #MyCHLMoment in the words of Bílí Tygři Liberec forward Michal Bulíř happens to take us back to a Champions Hockey League game that meant all of the above and more.

The game in question is an infamous Round of 16 tie from the 2017/18 season that pitted then two-time Champions the Frölunda Indians against Czech side Liberec. Nobody gave them much chance, especially after a 2-3 home loss in the first leg, but with their shear strength of will and determination, Liberec managed to win the return leg 5:4 and send the game into Overtime to determine if Frölunda’s hopes for a third title would be over or if Liberec would be the one packing.

One minute into OT, Liberec were awarded a powerplay and up stepped Michal Bulíř. The rest is history. Take a listen for yourself!
