The Champions Hockey League returns for the Playoffs phase!
After a four-week break, the CHL returns in all its glory. Coming up are the first eight games of the Round of 16!
This is the ideal opportunity for teams to get an early lead into the two-game home-and-away series, but all is not decided after this week's action, as the aggregate score keeps you in the game for the return leg.
The score over the two games is combined to create the aggregate score which determines which team will advance to the next round.
Kickstarting the first day of Round of 16 action, Tuesday 16 November, is Skellefteå AIK vs Sparta Prague at 18:00, followed by KAC Klagenfurt vs Leksands IF at 19:00 and Växjö Lakers vs Tappara Tampere, who have a combined 12 seasons of CHL experience behind them, also at 19:00.
Adler Mannheim host defending Champions Frölunda Gothenburg at 19:30 whilst HC Bolzano and Lukko Rauma will clash at the same time in Italy.
ZSC Lions Zurich welcome Playoff debutants Rögle Ängelholm from Sweden in a game that will start at 20:05, whilst Fribourg-Gottéron, who are unbeaten so far this season, will face Red Bull Munich at the same.
Wednesday's action will be limited to just one game as all eyes will be on the Rouen Dragons vs Red Bull Salzburg at 19:30.
