A pair of unbeaten clubs enter this special Game Day 4 contest of the Champions Hockey League, as HC Davos travel north to take on Skellefteå AIK. The Swedes outshot their opponents on the night, were strong on the puck and disciplined in play and overall had a lot going for them.
Looking at how they've played so far this season, Skellefteå's performance on special teams has been particularly impressive with their PP among the top-10 in the league - operating at a 26.67% conversion rate - and their PK tied for top league wide with a 100% efficiency.
If a fourth win is in their future, continuing to convert when the chance arises will definitely help them secure it. Equally, given Davos have themselves shown their appetite for scoring, keeping their lines at bay will be vital in securing them valuable points.

For Swiss side Davos, it's been a great start to the 2026/27 season - their first back on the pan-European stage in a few years.
