- Final game of the CHL season for both teams
- Rungsted looking for first points
- HPK could end on 10 points and still not qualify
Rungsted Seier Capital host HPK Hämeenlinna in what will be both teams' final game of the 2019/20 Champions Hockey League.
While neither side can advance, and HPK are guaranteed to finish third, Rungsted are still looking to end the campaign on a high and register either their first point or win in the CHL. After an indifferent start in their own league, Rungsted have picked it up of late and are three games unbeaten domestically, picking up eight of nine points in those games.
HPK could have the dubious honour of finishing on ten points and not qualifying, one of the highest totals to not see a team through. The reason for this is their games against Pilsen earlier on in the competition, and losing the head-to-head tie-break against them. The defending Liiga Champions find themselves in the middle of the table after 12 games. Two wins at the weekend however have HPK now, including last week's CHL, also three unbeaten.
