Group C leaders Red Bull Munich head for home as they get ready to take on Tappara Tampere. Munich have had a stellar seventh CHL season thus far, as they hold steady in the lead with a 4-0 winning streak over the course of Game Days 1-4. After coming up short in the 2021/22 Semi-Finals, the German club have returned to the CHL in great form, ready to push it even further this time around.

As 2022 Liiga champions, Tappara don’t look too bad themselves, stacking up twelve goals, three wins and one overtime loss against Rapperswil-Jona Lakers in their 8th CHL season. Runners-up of last year's CHL, Tappara have their eyes on the prize as they head into a tough match against Munich. Head Coach Jussi Tapola had this to say about the German club: “Munich are a hard-working team, and we have to be ready to fight them in front of the net."

These two powerhouses have met once before, resulting in a 3-0 shutout win for the Finns in the 2021/22 CHL Semi-Finals. If Tappara expect to overpower Munich once again, they’ll need to keep a sharp eye on Ben Street who has scored a third of Munich's total goals.
