Getting the game to OT will see Brynäs win Group G in their first Champions Hockey League season, after the side’s win in Bavaria last week.
The SHL outfit have impressed with some decent wins, especially on the road, in the competition so far. Meanwhile the Red Bulls need a regulation win to top the group, but will use the game to blood some young players too as they did last week.
“We’re going to have a couple of younger players in the team with whom we can win the game” explained Head Coach Don Jackson, while Markus Lauridsen added “We’re expecting a strong team, but at the home game when it was five on five we were the better team.”
