HC Davos ended their disappointing Champions Hockey League campaign for this season with a 3-2 home win over already qualified Bílí Tygři Liberec.
Dino Welser opened the scoring at 1:11, although Liberec pulled it back just shy of the four-minute mark through Jakub Husa. A Broc Little double in the middle session at 29:09 and 34:57 respectively had the hosts 3-1 up going into the final period, but despite Michal Teplý pulling one back for the Czechs with 4:09 to play, HCD held on to take the three points.
The win means that Davos finish third in the group.
